We are experienced in installing packaging lines including all accessories like:

Hoppers; Bucket Elevators; Custom Design Platforms; scales; Fillers (VFFS, HFFS Premed Pouch); Sealers; Check Weighers; X-Rays; Metal Detectors; Box Erectors; Boxing Equipment; Palletizes; Starch Wraps; Conveyor Systems for dry and wet products.

We also build, by order, BarCode inspection systems that can be integrated with the filling equipment or a Hand Pack line - this will stop the fillers if for any reason there is a bag that is incorrect.

Another innovation that we have is a Wonderware base graphic productivity display that shows live people on the floor how they perform; this will increase your productivity by 15 to 20%, decrease budget to daily production meeting, and show the downline or underperformance.
